Basically a PABX telephone system is a telephone switch that is used in offices or business premises. PABX has almost the same function as an ordinary conventional telephone, only PABX is able to create an internal telephone network, making it easier to communicate between office rooms by moving different extensions. Incoming calls will be forwarded through the control center, then each call will be given a code, so they can be transferred at one time.
